Has anyone tried Zetacaps? I have tried it for the past few days. The directions say to take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before each meal. They are supossed to make you feel full so you don't over eat. I have tried taking 2 and 3 capsules before each meal, with no feeling of fullness. Anyone else have the same results?
