I'm sorry...but I have to say this. If you are already extremely underweight, no matter your height or weight, and think that you are so fat that you need to take extreme measures to lose those "last few pounds"...one word-THERAPY. I have dealt with this issue so many times with friends and what-not and it just boggles my mind. First off, if all you see when you look in the mirror is fat, then you obviously have issues you need to resolve. It's not healthy when all you constantly worry about is how you look. You are the only one who can make yourself feel better about yourself...I'm not the skinniest person in the world (I'm a respectable size 10 and 5'9"), but I realize that life is a heck of a lot more enjoyable if you let yourself live and stop worrying about what others think of me.

depends what they view as "underweight". what you might see as "under" might not be to someone else.
everyone has their own thing when it comes to food, exercise whatever. For example I eat locarb mostly and exercise religiously...I hate it when my heavier friends judge that...I am healthy, strong, and happy..and just because I choose not to eat a icecream dessert when they do they say "come on live it up"...that is why they are the size they are and I am my size...
etc...you get the jest of it.
and no offense, but many who need therapy um..aren't going to know because when they look in the mirror their reality is not reality...that is the problem.
