Hi, can anyone tell me what is causing my knee discomfort? Both of them get uncomfortable when I've been standing for awhile. Like when I'm at work (fast food). And when I'm sitting at my computer. I'm only 19 years old. I've been weightlifting for about a year, I don't get any discomfort while working out/going up steps or anyting like that. I tried knee braces while i'm at work and they don't seem to do anything. Everyone told me it's from my weight training. So I took two weeks off but It didn't do anything. I got X-rays of my knees and found nothing. Help please.
