Hi all!

Does anyone know of a daily multi-vitamin with low or no iron in it?

I'd like to take a multi daily, but my hours are pretty odd, days of different lengths, and I'd probably end up taking the equivalent of two a day on some days.

I'm worried about iron poisoning. I know it's not as bad as I think it is... but I have clinical anxiety, so... *shrug* I end up not taking any vitamins at all. Unless I'm sick or something.

So, working *with* my anxiety....

I know it'd be better to take a daily multi with no iron than not take any vitamins at all!

Any suggestions for products? Please?

I just recommended these in another post here -- try Megabiotics Juventrum, or Purity Products Perfect Multi (they have a few products that sound alike, so make sure you get the one with no iron). Natural Nutrition Center has 2 multivitamins -- I don't remember if they have iron in them or not. I've gone through a lot of multivitamins because I don't like to take too many tablets every day. :)
