Is this that silly thing from First magazine? If so, you get ONLY milk or ONLY fruit on the days specified.
Duh...no wonder you lose weight!

Keren,
All that I can say is, "Don't do it!" If you starve yourself, you may lose weight in the short-run, but you'll badly damage your body, and metabolism, in the long-run. What I would recommend is eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, etc...and exercise :). This is the best way to go.

I started the Sadkhin diet this week. For me it has been a big help. For one thing I have discovered that I am not lactose intolerant. I am wheat intolerant. My energy level has actually been increasing, maybe because of the fruits and veggies which I have always been lax on. It helps me focus on healthy choices and not use a fast crutch like a waffle with butter. Instead I grab the apple, the orange et cetra. My only problem has been at dinner time. So far I have lost about 4 pounds. My starting weight Monday was 238. My goal is 116. I have a long long way to go.
