I am thinking about starting these supplements but how do I find the right dosage? They all come in so many it has me really confused...Thanks for any information..

Well, as far as CoQ10 is concerned, the usual dosage range is anywhere between 30-100mg. Of course, if you are taking a statin drug, you may have to take more, since statins deplete CoQ10.

As for ginkgo biloba, I believe the usual dose is 60mg taken three times a day. But make sure you get a ginkgo biloba supplement which is standardized to contain 24% flavone glycosides. Whenever you purchase a herbal supplement, try to get one which has been standardized to contain a known amount of its active ingredient.
