Try DIM bu BioResponse anlong with 100 mg Zinc & a little copper. Available at many drug stores.

This helps to reduce Estrogen.

If you are on the BC Pill, try a weaker version, with less estrogen.

Did the zinc do that for you? I've taken it off/on for a couple of years, and it makes me hotter every time I take it-also, progesterone makes me hotter also. The zinc does make me feel better, but, oh so hot! I believe zinc is a component for progesterone, and copper is a component for estrogen. I've tried copper, but it makes me nauseous, tired, and other minor irritations. I would also like to know a good cure for being hot all the time. I am not hyperthyroid either.

The DIM, zinc, low level copper lowered my Estradiol levels & that helps with the night sweats.

If my estrogen gets too low or gets too high I get the hot flashes & night sweats.
