I want to lose some weight in my thighs. I work out consistantly, but don't know if i'm doing the right exercises to lose the weight. Can anyone help me figure out a work out that will target losing weight in my thighs?.

You cannot target fat loss. But any cardio activity done for 30 minutes or more at a time scheduled a few times a week, cleaning up the diet and some kind of resistance training will help you to lose weight all over, including the thighs.
