1) Most weight loss pills do not work. On the box of these pills it states that they will only work in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet. It is this diet that helps you lose weight, not the pills.

2) Those pills that do work are not good for you. And the weight you lose on those pills is usully water weight. Couple that with the fact that you're not learning any new eating habots and .... as soon as you're off the pills the weight will come back on.

I suggest you stop taking the pills an dput ourself on a healthy calorie controlled, balanced diet.

HI! I just bought these vitamins myself. I believe they are safe. They have green tea extract in it and that does have a weightloss effect..keep me posted on how it works for you and I will do the same..-April

I think that a good balanced diet is the BEST anyone can do. Taking vitamins is the best PILL you can take while on a calorie resticted diet if thats what you want to do. I don't however count calories or fat grams I eat whole foods that are low on the glycemic index and combine my foods in way so that it wont raise my blood sugar high. Insulin is the biggest fat storing hormone. If you don't raise your insulin you don't store fat. Or less likly too. I try not to go too far on the fat. But I don't count them and I don't count my calories. I eat try to eat whole none processed food. And the weight came off and stayed off and this is my new way of eating so its not a diet any more its just programed in and doesn't affect my life in a negative way. I never feel restricted. Any way, GREEN TEA is awsome for you. Its loaded with antioxidence which fights cancer and helps you with the aging process. I have never seen any weight come off from it. But I drink about a half gallon a day. watch out for those pre-bottles versions they are loaded with High Frutose Corn syrup. SUGER!!! I use Stevia its a natural sweetener with no chemicals. Good luck!!
