I've been taking Innopran for a little over a year now. My blood pressure before getting on it, wasn't what you would call extremely high, 137/90. I also suffer migranes, which is one reason why my Dr chose this medication cuz it's said to be a preventive of them. Since taken the Innopran, I've gained an awful lot of weight, 80lbs. I'm worn out, and tired all the time. I find myself breathing alot harder for simple tasks, I know to be from the weight gain. Not to mention the toll the extra weight is putting on my knees. I feel this is all due to the medication. My dr, (not anymore by the way)wouldn't change my med's, said to just try and lose the weight. I'm thinking about discontinuing the Innopran,, with the hopes I can shed these excess lbs, cuz I sure can't do it on this med. I've switched Dr's so I'm optimistic that we can work together on getting my system back in control with maybe new meds, for the migranes and hopefully managing the BP another route. Has any one else had a bad experience on Innopran?
