Can u quit cold turkey on ocd or can u minimize the effects w/o taking meds?? I havn't been diganoised with it but I know I had it, had it since I was little. It's really getting on my nerves lately. lol.

i am seeing a counsellor for OCD and i am not taking any medication - i would not anyway even if it had been offered to me. We are doing something called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or something like that. I have seen ocd documentaries on T.V and apparently people see a difference after a few sessions.
