hi,
im 15 years old, and weigh about 55-56kg, over the summer i lost quite a bit of weight from constant exercise (swimming, football etc) .. lately, whenever i eat something very fatty i feel very fat.. for some reason.. maybe its just taht im insecure.. whats the problem with me? im about 5"5 ... I feel bloated after i eat something fat and feel very chubby.. whats my problem?

I don't know if you are still waiting for a reply on this one but I can tell you that when we eat heavy foods, it makes us feel heavier and can make us feel bloated. Try to stay away from the heavy food and you should feel better. But believe me when you eat a fatty food you do not look instantly fat:O)

Well if I were you when I eat fatty foods I would not eat them with any simple carbs. Choose only whole grains, and non-starchy veggies. Keep things simple and try to stay away from sugar and chemicals. And maybe take an enzyme suppliment before your meals
