I get terrible sinus headaches. I cannot take any decongestant or stimulant of any kind. Tylenol doesnt help. Someone recommended trying a nasal spray..even tho I dont feel THAT congested. It just hurts in my head and face. Anyway, I went to buy soe regualr saline nasal spray and accidentially bought a kind with phenylcarbinol and benzalkonium chloride in it along with the sodium chloride. I am scared to try it as I do not know about these ingredients, how they may effect me (have a heart racing problem), or how they may interact with my meds (beta blocker, klonopin). I am so made I bought the wrong thing!!!

Any advice??

This is something you need to ask your pharmicist and/or doctor about.

Call a pharmacist at an all night pharmacy and just ask. I don't know what brand you bought, but have always been told that Afrin was very safe and it also works very well.
