I have serious problems with lack of energy and anxiety. I know a proper diet is important but I need a vitamin due to limited food choices. I'm a college student, so I can't have a perfect diet.

I hear that B complex is good for energy. But what product/brand should I buy? I don't want to waste my time on some poor product. I heard GNC Mega Man was good.

Well, niacinamide 500mg can work for anxiety, it is even more effective if you take it with vitamin C 3-5 grams. Any cheap brand of niacinamide will work fine, but I think that powder or capsules are best for the vitamin C, not tablets, otherwise the brand does not matter .

Lack of energy and anxiety can also both be caused by food allergies. If you avoid the foods causing the problem for 4 days the symptoms will greatly improve, and then you know that the symptoms are caused by allergies. Read the book "Brain Allergies" for more information. Ignore that fact that it mainly deals with other symptoms, mainly mental symptoms, the advice it gives works for any type of reaction.

SAM-e helped when i had anxiety problems and antidepressants seemed to make it worse. its pretty pricey, but well worth the cost. almost every member of my family has taken it at some point, and they all love it.

well depends on what you want.

there are plenty of stimulant based energy enhancers, though you will want to avoid anything with yohimbine.

for long lasting and even energy: cardio breeze is a good choice

caffiene is always a good option- either tabs or from coffee/tea (black tea is probably best since it has a variety of methylxanthines)

Hydration is often an issue with energy, most americans are chronically dehydrated.

other supps:
tyrosine or acetyl-l-tryosine
Alcar
kelp(if you have an iodine deficiency)

If you have anxiety, it is wise to stay clear from ANY stimulants.

I have the exact same problems with energy and anxiety (particularly anxiety) and was recently on two different prescription drugs to deal with it. You can email me at {REMOVED} and I can give you more info on what I started taking. Too much info to list here!

You may have already gotten your answer, and things may be working good. If not, here is another option. Original Limu. It has nutrients similar to that of a mothers milk. It boosts the immune system so it promotes overall health.
