I am new to this board and searching for answers. I have been on Toprol XL for high blood pressure for about 4 years. Last February I had gastric bypass surgery and lost 150 pounds. Thankfully my blood pressure has gone way down and my doctor has started to wean me. About 2 weeks ago she changed my 200mg per day to 100 mg per day. Over the last 5 days I have had a constant headache. Would this be a symptom of withdraw from Toprol XL? What other symptoms should I be watching for?
