I had an MRI and they just said it is fine.

I get these headaches which I know must be weather realted. I am in so much pan right now. I cannot take any kind of stimulant (which includes decongestant). I took 2 extra strength tylenol yesterday which didnt help. I took 2 ibuprophen today - didnt help. What can I do?? I have 2 kids to take care of and right now I feel like I have o cry it hurts that bad. I have tried hot packs and cold packs.

Try some Excedrin. It works much better for me than any of the other stuff.
I would also use some Afrin nasal spray. If you don't like Afrin, ask a pharmacist for a recommendation. Also, this is a longshot, but if you live anywhere near a beach go down there. The salt air helps tremendously!

Thank you very much but I cannot take Excedrin. It has caffeine and I cannot have any stimulants. I wish I could, believe me :)

Thanks for the reply tho!!!!

Do you have a GNC store in your area? Get some homeopathic pills called Allergy/Sinus....On the box it has different instructions that how I take them....there are no stimulants or antihysamines in this at all, I'm on meds where I can't have anything like that either so I've had to dig to find what works.

How you take this stuff. Nothing by mouth 1/2 hr. before and 1/2 hr. after, except water. You'll bite into the tablet to break it up, put it under your tounge leave it there till it's gone, wait one half hr. if the headache is still there, take another one....do it every 1/2 hr till the pain is gone....it usually works after the third one for me. It doesn't taste bad either, kinda sweet tasting. It cost about 8 dollars and you get 48 tablets. I start using this at the first sign of sinus problems and now the frequency of getting problems have lessoned too. Thank goodness! I used to get sinus headaches often, now it's about 3 times a year. Good luck to you. Diana
