Hi,

For the past year I have suffered from regular flem in my throat. This is generally clear or whitish in colour but always thick and sticky. I live in London so may be polution.

I have never previously had this problem.

I dont smoke, drink in moderation and am very healthy. I eat very well and rarely eat dairy products. I do drink 1 or 2 coffees a day - black.

The flem is worse after eating or exercising. My nose is not running or dripping and I have no breathing problems. I have not yet seen a doctor or Naturapath. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

It is no doubt post nasal drip due to many things. Here in the US we can get Mucinex and it helps to thin the mucous and makes easier to cough up.

Have you tried any of the anahistimines?
