I'm looking into adding vitamins to my daily regime. Are there any brands out there that are better than others, such as breaking down or absorbing better, faster. Any brands that are trash in your opinion. Is there a website that explains vitamins?

Puritan' Pride is my favorite,they are very cheap and always have promotions such as buy 1 get 2 free,they are the same company as the Vitamin World chain stores you find in malls,they are just the mail-order branch of them,and much cheaper.

Thorne and Metagenics have the best controls for purity of product, etc. Vitamin shoppe is cheap but lacks the more sophisticated controls. There are others you can get at health food stores, like "whole foods" that are also good, like whole food vitamin products.
