First off how is everyone???? I haven't been on here in ages so would love for you all to fill me in!!!!! (Hopefully all good news too :D )
Its been rough here lately. Where to start..... I'm off all meds (oops hope my doc doesn't read this ;) ) I lost alot of weight on the Topamax and it wasn't helping my seizures so out with that!! I was good for awhile and then things went haywire and fast. I'm supposed to be taking Zonegran now, but I was having some problems with it. As Topamax did, Zonegran was giving me killer headaches even though I was taking magnesium with it. So I'm off meds again. I'm unsure what my next step will be. My last seizure I fell and rehurt my hand that I broke two months ago. Vicious little cycle!! :o I also went thru lots of tests because I found a lump in my breast. My doc is confident that it isn't anything to worry over, but I go for follow-up in December so we can see if its growing. That was an extremely stressful time, but I trust my doc 100% so until December I'm not going to worry. (Yeah right :rolleyes: ) But actually I'm fine, I mean yeah these things happen but I feel like it opens my eyes each time. There is always something worse out there!!
My husband and I also volunteered to be Brownie Co-Leaders. Our troop has 25 girls in it. So we are going to be very busy. Because we can't say NO, we also are doing my son's Tiger Scout troop, that has 7 boys. We focus on the girls one week and the next week is the boys. Danielle (my daughter) is also playing Volleyball this year. There is no downtime!!! Geez.. I'm just tired typing about it!! :) I'm still working at Target. But come November will be working overnights. Then I can sleep thru the day while the kids are at school. Right now I'm LUCKY to get four hours in a row! My average is three. And yes I know thats bad, but I get up at one for work now so its just how it is.
Boy have I miised you guys!!!! You have to tell me everything guys... I'm way out of touch!!! Take care everyone and I can't wait to catch up with you!!! :wave:
