I am taking Sominex 50mg to help me sleep i work from 3 am to 3pm and i go to bed at 7 or 8 pm and i cant fall alsleep. so i tried sominex frist i took one it didnt work the next day i tried taking two and it helped but it took a few hrs. for me to fall alsleep. I was just wondering if anyone knows how much is too much to take at once? Thanks
