My husband and I have been trying for 5 years. We finally went to a specialist about 2 months ago. Our journey was over before it even began. I was diagnosed with premature-menopause. (poor egg quality and quantity) There isn’t a cure for that!!!!!! There is no drug I can take or procedure that I can do. And I just turned 27. All of you should be thankful that you can continue with treatment. It is completely over for us. The doctor is 100% sure that I will never conceive. It was the worse day of my life!!! Now, my husband and I have to cope with that!!!! So, don’t ever think that any of you have it bad because it could be worse. All of you still have chance!!!!

I'm SO sorry to hear what your going through and can't imagine. I know it must be very upsetting. All I can offer is my best wishes and prayers. I've been a visitor on the infertility boards and ttc and what i've had the pleasure of noticing is the fact that all the women are very supportive and help eachother through the roughest of times and are there through the happiest of times. I'm sure the last thing you want to hear is a "it might happen cuz it's up to him" lecture, so i'll spare you and keep you in my thoughts. God Bless!

I'm sure you want "your own" baby as do we all, but after you work through this bad news, you could consider egg donation or embryo adoption. Egg donation is very expensive (and worth every penny, judging from how much my egg retrivals have hurt) and not ever covered. Embryo adoption is right now probably the most affordable option for you to actually carry a baby.
