Does anyone know if lubes like KY can interfere with sperm mobility in the vagina? I have heard of a product called pre-seed that is supposed to be made to be more condusive to baby making. I just wondered if anyone knew anything about this. Sometimes my wife and I need lube but don't know what is okay to use so as to not interfere with fertility. Thanks!

Actually, funny you should ask this. My DH and I have been using Astroglide for some time. I, too, came across Pre-Seed and we ordered it. Used it only once, as I've been diagnosed with 'unexplained fertility' (DHs SA came back completely fine, too). I guess we shall wait and see if it does work!

But I too have heard that Astroglide, KY, even egg whites (as some people will recommend) is not conducive to a sperm-friendly environment. The Pre-Seed is pretty pricey, so I wouldn't use it any time other than during ovulation.

Just wanted to say that KY is not sperm friendly and as GrlPisces said neither is egg white, i would go to your pharmacist and see what they suggest you use as they may have a cheaper option than pre-seed.
