Two years ago I had a root canal done on my upper right molar (number 3). Accompanying the pain in the toot back then was a red area on my soft palate diagonal from the tooth. It seemed to be a bit far from the tooth. Nearly two years later (still haven't gotten a crown on the tooth), the tooth is acting up and sometimes the red area appears. Dentists and endo are baffled and say the root canal looks fine. Any thoughts? Not sure what to do?

Your problem doesnt sound like it is related to your tooth at all, I was wondering have you ever seen a Ear,nose and throat specailist for the problem ,it can be sinus related.
