In echo what the different between high and low EF example EF of 50% and another one of 76% does it means the higher the better your heart or what ?

Cardiac output (EF) will vary depending on resistance (afterload). The heart isn't any better, but when the afterload is reduced (such as dilation of vessels) the heart doesn't work as hard and with same degree of strength it is able to increase CO.
