My DS is going to be one next month. Until now he did not like to drink any juice but i tired giving him apple juice again and looks like he is begining to like it.
My question is which brand fo juice to do you give your babies? I had given
him the gerber one but is it ok to give him the one that we drink?
My 2nd question is do you mix water in the juice or do you give it straight?
When you are on the go is it ok to take the juice in the sipper? Does it go bad? How long can you keep it at room temperature?
Thanks in advance!!

My son is 3yrs old and I still mix water with his juice, I just don't like the fact of how much sugar is in it (even if it's 100% natural). I get him Juicy Juice. Just a warning, apple juice has the most sugar in it. I also dilute it because it makes him have to go #2 more often.
I don't see any problem with the juice in a sippy on the go. Now if it was milk that would be a different story...luke warm milk is yucky.

my ds is only 2 months so we are not giving him anything yet, but with my dd we gave her any kind of apple juice, we tried to get the less sugary ones and we diluted it also, I still do sometimes. I started with the gerber one, and that got too expensive so I bought whatever was on sale. She didn't care lol, juice in a sippy cup is fine for a while, unless it is sitting in the hot sun, yuck lol, I went and bought a small soft cooler to put in the trunk of the car, and bought those ice pack things and that would keep it cooler at least, most kids don't mind warmer juice, until they get older lol, my dd is almost 5 and she won't drink it if it is warm in the least. good luck

I don't stick to one brand..but I always make sure that it is 100% juice. Ds is 2 1/2 and I still dilute about 1/3 water 2/3 juice. And unless it is really hot out, I'll let that juice stay in the sippy cup for a few hours.
i buy the no sugar added and still add water to it.
