I have been walking a lot lately. Especially as a part of my daily exercise. Well today, my foot is mad at over working it. I wear Rockport shoes that are so comfortable, but they are starting to wear out. Well the bump is hardening and develop tonight under my foot on the bottom right under my toes. If I walk flat it hurts and feels like I am stepping on a rock. I am wondering what am I going to do. Cause I am a 2nd grade teacher and I have to walk. What can I do? For immediate help? Long-term help? :bouncing:

Sounds like you have the start of a callous. Keep it softened with creams, and for help while its hurting get a callous pad to put on it. If your shoes are wearing out that may be the reason its happening.
