i've been fainting at the gym frequently for the past few years, feeling sick, weak, pale, sweaty, aprox 10 minutes later passing out. over these years also experienced similar symptoms while resting but not half as severe(no fainting).then recently experienced 8 hours tight pain while resting, like a fist clenching in the centre of my chest, went to casualty had ECG(clear) No bloods taken and refused an x-ray(dont like them).the next day i awoke with violent twitching under both arms and legs, a subtle rumbling/vibrating under right leg,the odd singular thump in my central chest ,and when sat with my back leaned against the chair id feel a rhythmic wobble eminating from my back in sync with the heartbeating.the twitching disapeared days later, the vibrating and wobble sensation remain to this day.

Weeks later saw cardiologist who performed another ECG(all clear)blood pressure, told me to get bloods done(do them myself ?lol) then performed an active ECG. results were above average for my age (29) he assured me i "definately never had a heart attack",when i asked about the odd heart thump (in an area he called my upper chamber)then about the rhythmic wobble,he replied it was "common for the heart to thump & catch up like that" also the wobble wasn't heart related and out of his durisdiction, he speculated my initial chest tightness was digestive and prescribed requisit drugs. also told me to get a chest x-ray but said it was Not to check for heart problems, merely "other factors"
Two months have passed, im experiencing one to three singular 1-2 inch diameter thumps in my central chest(upper chamber) daily, occasional claminess/weakness,the wobble in my back remains, and a light lingering pain under my left breast occurs maybe once a week, lasting an hour or 2.but most worrying is a re-occuring pain slightly to the Right of centre 4-5 inches up from my solar plexs

can anyone tell me if these omitted blood tests are important ? and what they're called? also i had an mri scan of the head some years ago, which found enlarged vetricles for my age but still within acceptable sizes, could this hint at a long standing heart problem?are these overall symptoms worth persueing?i'm in a stressful job, could these symptoms be stress related, theres no heart problems in the family and not sure i can afford another cardio and the last one seemed confident i was ok.. can anyone relate to these symptoms or offer advice,if you got this far thanks for reading lol

Your heart seems not to be getting enough oxygen especially while you exercise i would recommend you to followup the blood tests and chest X-ray your doc is saying. Dont ignore anything as you may be saving something which may be worse in future.

Please followup.
