View Full Version : Teeth

Could delayed tooth development be a sign of CF? I know this sounds crazy but it is really bugging me. DS#2 is almost 2 (10/19) and he has only 6 teeth plus 2 that JUST broke surface. By this time most toddlers are working on 20-24 teeth. I have "googled" everything I could think of with no idea why this would happen. With the tests still out on CF I though maybe this might be a link.

TIA

I have never heard of this. I can tell you that my son who does have CF is 16 mo and has 8 teeth now and working on his first molars. They all came in around the "normal' times.

DS was a little delayed in getting his teeth. Got off to a slow start, but within normal range. I'm more worried about his teeth and all the drugs he's on causing problems.
