I'm a very athletic person, especially now because of hockey season. Over the years my vitamin arsenal has increased because i've heard that it helps muscle recovery. Currently I take a sports multi-vitamin, calcium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Flaxseed oil, L-arginine, and Tribulous. I take these twice a day, one time in the morning(6:30) and one time halfway through the day (3pm) I always take it with a whey protein shake. I take three shakes a day just as a safety blanket to make sure I get enough protein. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about what im taking? Am I taking it at good times during the day or should I be taking it at night? Is it smart to be taking them with a meal or should I take them on an empty stomach? Thank you for your time.

you are on a good healthy program id say....ive taken everything u r taking and i am currently taking them all still except for the tribulis and arginine i took them for a while but stopped for no reason. i also drink 3-4 protein shakes a day mixed w/water..one excellent suggestion would be to add a multi mineral complex from twinlab helps majorly with muscle recovery and maybe an omega 3 complex not just the regular omega 3 but besides that it sounds to me u know what u r doing.....good luck...
