I was wondering if anyone found a solution to these embarrassing stomach noises that comes out when you are not hungry?? It's affecting my social and work life...Someone please share if you have found a solution.

Calicum/Magnesium tables
eliminated soda/chewing gum
drink lots of water

Have you tried Gas-X, it helps break up the gasses and quiets the stomach.
