I am still around and doing pretty well. As of today, I have done 12lbs. I putting on pants that have been in my closet for a long long time. Feel pretty good. I think that I am losing more inches then pounds. Being this overweight I use to have to lose 30 lbs or more before anyone would notice. It seems more people have notice more this time around with less pounds lost. My mother said I am doing a slow liposuction with the fat lost. Who knows? I am just glad that I have been sticking to it the last month. I am glad that you are starting; now for sure we can compare notes. Remember stay under the 30gms of fat and you will be okay. Let me know how it goes for you after a few days of taking the pill.

So far, nothing.

I mean no "effects".

I've been taking it for two days. I am very surprised. Everyone acted like I would be running to the bathroom every few minutes. But so far, I can't tell I'm even taking anything.

I don't know about weight loss. I am trying to not weigh compulsively so I am only weighing in on Saturday morning. I'm just very surprised that I'm having none of the issues that people talked about...specifically "anal leakage".

Heck, I haven't even "gone" in the two days I've been on it.

Is that odd?

And this was a normal pharmacy filled prescription. If it were off the internet, I'm be thinking I was ripped off.

One more thing, I am trying to keep my diet low fat but it's certainly not been no fat.

So, when you are doing well on the no fat issue, do you see no indication that you are on meds? I guess I was under the impression there would always be some removal of fat from your system even when you kept it under the 30%.

It took a few days for me to see the orange oil, don't worry it will happen. As for the "leakage" I never had it happen. There will be times that nothing comes out, it won't be constant. There will be times when you see a big drop (pretty exciting) and then little little drops. Don't despair!!

While my father was in the hospital, (still taking the pill) we went out for dinner. I ate like if I weren't on a diet and boy did I regret it. I believe this experience keeps me on track with my foods, don't want to experience this again. If this pill only purpose to keep me in track of fear of what might happen, then so be it. It's working!!

I would say the first two weeks your body is probably going through an adjustment period. When I first started (Aug 8) I made the commitment of at least one month, so far 12 lbs. There was the 2 1/2 week period after my father passed away that I did not follow it, so with that in consideration, I think the Xencial is working pretty good for me. Just give it time, it will kick in!! Stay under 30gms and you will be okay.

Just happened to be on line and saw your response.

That is EXACTLY why I am trying xenical. I don't expect it to be a cure all to get me to goal. But I want that 'warning' that keeps me on track.

Still nothing today.

Pretty silly. Can't wait to get oily so I know it's working!!!

If I can be down 12 pounds by Thanksgiving I'll be thrilled.
