I've had this happen several times during exercise and am not sure if it's just over doing it or something more serious. I find that I start getting light headed and begin yawning a lot. Today when it happened I had pressure in my chest and noticed some tingling in my hands. Also, my head will feel really full, my ears plugged and my hearing starts to go.

I'm currently on Prozac for Anxiety/Depression but I've had this happen before I started taking it. I'm not on any other meds. I'd mentioned the dizziness to my doctor and he said it could just be over doing the exercise, but at the time I didn't have the chest pressure. All the blood work I've had done was normal, heart always sounded fine, etc. Other than the anxiety and depression, I'm healthy.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance.
