View Full Version : Vasocidin (eye medicine with Thimerosal)

About 10 years ago, I took a medication called Vasocidin in order to relieve a condition that was causing me to have red eyes. In any case, immediately upon taking the medication, I felt my body react and, within about a minute, I had the first panic attack of my life. Subsequently, I noticed that I was allergic to chemicals and that the chemical allergy was extremely severe.

Has anyone else had any experience with this medication and, more specifically, has anyone else taken the medication and, subsequently, developed either panic attacks or chemical sensitivities (or both)? Recently, I found out that the medication that I took contained a preservative called Thimerosal, which I believe is the Mercury containing preservative that some people contend is causing problems in humans.

Thank you
