I am so stupid, i know , but i started having hunger pains then the fear of my surgar droping came and now i am freaking out,,, my surgar was 85, i know that is normal,,,, why cant i just get over this,,,

:) luane, i know what ur going through. i sometimes keep checking my forehead for a fever because i think im getting sick. And i constantly check my skin for hives. I get scary symptoms too.. but its just anxiety u have to remember that. and try to stay off these boards and the internet. it will help u. i promise. take care :)
