My current doctor took me off of Serevent and Flovent (because he didn't like these inhalers) and put me on Azmacort instead and told me to continue using my Albuterol as needed. I miss the Serevent because it lasted longer than the Albuterol but the downside of taking it was I didn't take my steroid inhaler as often as I should. Well, I have been using my new steroid inhaler, which is Azmacort, regularly for the past couple months. I am experiencing occassional leg pain but most troubling is the knee pain. I have never had knee pain before. The pain is in both knees in the inner knee part. I sleep with a pillow between my legs and am wondering if maybe the steroid inhaler is causing this pain. My knees also feel swollen. Have any of you experienced these symptoms?
