Hope you are all feeling well.Am feeling much better now, was a very bad week last week. :( .
Am so lucky i have my hubby i dont know what i would do if i didnt have him.
Half my problem is that i dont like to go out, so slowly over the last week dh has been taking me out so i feel better surounded by people, this week i have made sure i have been out and have picked up the baby on my own for the last 2 days.
I really couldnt handle being surrounded by so many kids, i dont know what it is about the school, i suppose its just me and my paranoia, anyway woke up this morning and felt great.
The last few days my baby has been going on that she has had enough and cant take anymore, so i have been pretending things are normal and this morning they felt almost normal !!!! :D
I know good days come and go but its nice to share the good days aswell as the bad so thanx to you all again :wave:

awwww.

im having quite an ok day today. i dont like going out and i try and make myself go out.

its my birthday tomorrow and im going out for a meal with my family, im quite nervous about it though. im just trying to think positive and say to myself, it will be fine.

Hope you had a lovely meal, and a good time.
So far this week i have been out every say and yesterday i went to the school without having a panic attack and i had to stay in the playground for ages coz i was early.
I was looking on my local government borough, i was doing research into health for my community development site and i found {REMOVED}a charitable organisation their website is great gives you loads of different booklets about different things that bother you anxiety, worrying too much find it and have a look it may help you.
