I am a 39 year old male who has suffered with anxiety attacks all my life. The latest is for no apparent reason I have strong heart palitations almost all day long no matter what I do, just walk a little even will send my heart racing. I have gone to my cardiologist and everything checks out ok. The real concern is I have not been able to leave my home for about 2 months now becuase of the anxiety and the heart. If I look at naked women or porn, my heart starts racing and palpitating so masturbation is out of the question. Why is this happening and does this happen to anyone else. Does this mean whenever this goes away I am always going to have this problem. I cannot do anything with my girlfriend, as soon as I become even slightly aroused my heart starts pounding like crazy and sometimes I even get PVC's. What's going to happen to me if I masturbate after months of not doing it, am I going to have a heart attack because it has been so long??? Please help!!!!!!

How high does your heart rate go during these racing episodes?

this same thing happened to me in my late teens when my anxiety/panic started.. i couldnt even kiss a female or it would happen... it just kind of went away on its own after a few months and i have not felt it in over 9yrs..

Heart rate laying down about 85 as soon as I start moving around or sexual thought 100 maybe a bit more but pounding hard!
