27 year old male. 215lbs / 6'4". Healthy, no problems, no meds, no previous diagnoses. Eats VERY healthy, no soda, greasy stuff. Eating whole grains, low fat/sugar, etc.

Two years ago, stools started getting a little soft with occasional explosive D (once every three days). Last 8 months had a burning in right lower quadrant of pelvic region (halfway between bellybutton and hipbone). Stools are still consistently soft where once you flush, they start breaking apart. Burning pain comes and goes for a half hour a couple times a day. Waves of nausea every morning (for a couple hours) with bowel heaviness and occasional cramping during almost the whole day.

Recently had bloodwork done and tests showed normal except SGOT was 44 and SGPT was 84. Doctor said may have something to do with a gallbladder problem. Colonoscopy scheduled for Nov 11. Hemoccult tests came back clear.

Does this sound at all familar to anyone? Any ideas on what could be the problem?

The body needs some fats so your Gallbldder will empty properly. You may need a scan to determine if your GB is functioning properly.. Too much bile will cause diarrhea.

I think taling a water soluble fiber twice daily will also help the explosive diarrhea and bulk up your stool.
