Well i have never heard voices if that is what you mean,, but if you just talking about the raciing thoughts, I do know what that is about... I went to one theapy that told me to pretend like this little man with a broom is in your mind, and that he sweeps away all thoses unwanted thoughts... Its hard at first and I know its sounds silly, but when you are in need of getting sleep you will try anything..
What you do is just think about this man sweeping all your untwanted thoughts away, and if you start thinking about anythign eles then some thoughts got away from his broom and that man has to go back and get that thought,,,, Please dont think I am crazy i know its sounds silly,, but I used it as a game, and it did work..
Good luck

i do! it is really freaky and i hate it! i get it sometimes during the day also in short bursts if i am really stressed or had a bad nights sleep.. like random babbling from my own voice in my mind really nonsense stuff to that makes no sense.. my shrink thinks it is from my OCD.. originally when it first started i was worried i was going Schizo but my shrink says no and i show no other signs of that disorder and am in very well in touch with reality.

I have had that too, its like listening to someone elses conversation, that has no relation to you. This ONLY happens, just as I'm falling asleep.
I always wondered if it was my mind running free, going over past lives.
Its strange, and I have always wondered what is actually is!
Since the only disorder I deal with is GAD(anxiety disorder).
