Hey guys, I just got a flu shot today and like 4 or 5 hours later i started getting a tight feeling chest and having to keep clearing my throght and weasing ?? then i started to get a headache and feeling out of it . is this normal ? or am i going to get sick from this ? Thanks.

Some people do get flu like symptoms from the shot, but it doesn't appear that the shot made you sick from the way you described what occured afterwards. You more than likely had a minor panic attack resulting from the anxiety of the ordeal. Some people dislike shots and like to avoid them at all costs. Don't let your mind play tricks on you next time
