Has anybody tried experimental medication? I live in Los Angeles and there are several research institutes looking for patients. Any experiences to share? Also, one of these institutes is trying a SMRI... any idea what this is?

No, I have not participated in any or plan too, I have heard of SNRI (serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) and SSRI's (selective-serotonin reuptake inhibitor ie. Paxil, etc) but not SMRI.
