My DS is a year old and i was cleaning his nose with a tissue paper and i saw some blood on it. I have never seen this before. Any idea what it is?

Is your house dry? You may want to get humidifier to put moisture in the air, because it can cause the lining on the inside of the nose to dry out and the blood vessels break. Also, dust and certain fumes can exacerbate the tissues of the nose as well.
