IT wasn't much, I went into the front of K-mart and then stayed like two min, and left. but while I was there they had this scale out side there doors and I got on it,,, I have lost 20 pounds in three months,, that is the only good thing that has happen to me,,,,,
I know it wasn't a giant step, ,but I am glad I went,, I am sure I might suffer the rest of the night, but atleast I did it,,, tomorrow I will try it again,,,
Thanks everyboydy

Well Done You!!!!!
It may seem like a small step for someone who doesnt suffer with anxiety, but for us its like a milestone.
I managed to drive up to a busy roundabout near my home yesterday, well i left it until all the rush hour traffice was gone, when i got home i was a wreck but i also felt kinda proud too.
One step at a time is the key i think. Im gonna venture a bit further next time, but i'll leave it a day or so before i do.
I felt id really achieved something, i hope you did too.
Well done again.

congratulations, keep doing it, remember to accept and work your way thru the anxiety, rather than tensing up and fighting back against it
also remember that theres actually nothing to be scared or worried about

Oh! Louane,
Thats HUGE! and wonderful! I am proud of you...you did it! I know how hard it is. Your doing great and after a while it will get easier.
Some days I still feel like Dory on that Finding Nemo movie..."Just keep swimming...just keep swimming...
Way to go!
Blessings,
