I been having these pains near my navel and my Dr. said it's my intestines and descending colon and I have food intolerance. I notice it when I eat dairy and sugar foods the most. Does anyone else have these pains near the right side of the navel and it runs around toward the back area. I take supplements and that usually clears it up as long as I stick my my diet.
