SirReal 10-07-2005, 03:34 PM Mild and/or generalized anxiety disorder is just exactly that, mild and generalized. The feelings don't commonly lead to a full attack, but they just seem to linger. The lingering is what can drive you nuts, never feeling like you can escape the symptoms. If you can break the cycle and find moments of clarity here and there, you should try to build on them. What got you there? What skills help you personally? Practice is key and everyone is different in what his/her body will respond to. |
