I had my upper right wisdom tooth pulled last Thursday (4/26). I seemed to be doing find, but then Monday, the pain got worse. Today, it has spread into my sinus and even up to my eye (on the same side as the extraction). When the tooth was pulled, the oral surgeon said there was "some bone fused to the tooth" which made it "more complicated" and that it was "a really big tooth, young lady." Could the pain be due to the stress on the bone? Or could this be a dry socket? I go tomorrow for a checkup, but I'm just worried that an infection has set in...

Any thoughts?
