I have something like a small tooth grown in behind my front top tooth. Does anyone know what this can be and how it can be fixed

It could very well be a tooth, that is a common place that people get an extra tooth. See your dentist to confirm this, and s/he will tell you what you need to have done, if in fact that it is a tooth. Good Luck!
