I've had pain in my toe for several years that I can remember. I have no idea what it could be. I really don't think its an ingrown nail, do you have any thoughts? Its on the top left corner of my middle toe. It feels very hard like a callous, when I touch or push on it it hurts. Could it be a bone spur in the toe, or something else? I have tried to dig it out but it never goes away. :confused:
