Hi,
My gums bleed many times a day. I use floss, brush twice a day and keep the teeth clean cauntiously.
Otherwise I never have any tooth pain or any other kind of sensitivity problem.
Some times in the morning when i spit before brushing my teeth, i see red stuff..
Could anybody please explain me the best way to deal with this problem??
see your dentist, you may have gum disease...

Hi,
Get to the nearest pharmacy and purchase what is called, 'glyoxide'.. it's great for gums that are irritated from a variety of problems, namely gingivitis, or any other type of gum disease.
You swish with this product and you will see a much lesser degree of bleeding. Follow the instructions, and also make sure you are brushing properly, since abrasive brushing can also cause this type of problem.
Teeth do not bleed, gums do, so monitor the problem very carefully, and make an appt with a periodontist, since you can loose perfectly healthy teeth, free of decay from gums that are diseased, or bone loss..
good luck,
Jaspara

I agree, see your dentist. Gums that bleed are not healthy gums. You can brush and floss to your heart's content, but nothing will stop the tarter from building up on your teeth. The only thing that will remove tarter from your teeth is a dental hygienists scaler, your toothbrush just won't cut it.
Good Luck!

You can rinse your mouth after cleaning your teeth and gums thoroughly with a little peroxide in water. I have used this for many years and never had gum problems.
