Hi I have had bad chest pain and neck pain for 2 days. I have a blood pressure machine and I tested myself and it was 77/58 and my pulse was 114. I am a female in her late 20s and about 120 pounds. My heartbeat seems to go really fast then go really slow then start up again relly fast.

Yes, I agree you should see a Doctor. Although your pulse rate and blood pressure are not in themselves too alarming (except your systolic pressure which is very low), a rising pulse rate and a falling blood pressure should be investigated as soon as possible. Let us know how you get on, but please don't leave it until "something happens". I am not medically trained, but have a fair knowledge re human physiology.
